I find it a bit odd, that us first movement supporters and lifetime users can't choose the data center region to be the European Union. It is crucial for some of us to know that the data that of interviews etc. is not leaving European data grounds and it should not be too hard to let at least European users migrate to these data centers, whereas US citizens can stay in the US data centers.

Hi Philipp Schweiger, here is the guide to migrate your lifetime account to the EU data region:

Julian Pscheidokay, so if you anyway need to map the new email manually, why not just manually map the data to the new data storage?
Julian Pscheid
Philipp Schweiger we intentionally did not build an automatic pipeline for the data transfer. We want our users to manually import and review the data, and keep the old account in place until they're confident that the new account has everything correctly imported. Then you can delete the old account whenever you're ready.

I have there no problems with. Perhaps try a New Installation.
