Meeting effectiveness coach
Dave
This is a bit of a spin-off idea from the coaching/mentoring session type, but instead what I'd like to be able to do is tell Hedy at the beginning of a session what the goals/objectives are (over and above any set "agenda")... as in, some of the intangibles like establishing rapport, earn trust, demonstrating open-mindedness, gain credibility, develop buy-in/commitment, etc. The idea would be to receive feedback afterwards about how I (or whoever the user is) could have been more effective in achieving those aims, and how/why what was impactful successfully delivered the results it did, etc. There could also be the possibility for real-time Hedy-initiated "nudges" if it senses something is being overlooked or ineffectively addressed, etc.... low priority item, just sharing the idea/concept. We could arguably bake the post-session feedback piece into existing session formats using a custom prompt, but I assume the proactive platform-initiated 'nudging' concept might be a bit more of a lift to develop. Thoughts?

I know of one user who does this through the custom session context. She's a six sigma coach, and she has Hedy provide a summary afterwards to fit that process by setting her requirements in the custom context.
Want to give that a try and see if Hedy provides you what you'd like to see?
Dave
Julian Pscheid, sure, thanks! Would love to if the user would be open to sharing her custom context scripting.
That actually raises another question... do you have any plans to perhaps provide a way for users to share custom formats? Or perhaps just for you to profile/feature "best-in-class" examples? (Please forgive me if this is something already happening on the Slack channel... I admittedly have not been active there but this would certainly be a factor that might pull me in 😉)

Dave Good question! The original thought was that users would share their favorite ways to use Hedy on Slack, but perhaps sharing prompts is too granular. I could definitely see how collecting a variety of prompts in the help docs would be useful. Perhaps we can put out a call to action on slack and email for users to submit their favorite "Hedy hacks"!
