Dedicated Start Session Hot Key

The more I use the desktop app for both Windows and Mac, the more I find myself wanting a hot key combo that would trigger the session to start versus having to click back to the application and hit start.
This could manifest as a pop up with quick options (think SuperWhisper or TechSmith Snagit), or, it could have an option to “bypass” the selection window and just start with a saved profile of setting that you know you like.
This feature would save valuable seconds, and, allow users like me to use our existing workflow with dedicated keypads and pedals for shortcuts.

I primarily use the Windows desktop app and find myself needing a quick hotkey to start the session, with a hotkey to stop it being helpful as well. This became necessary after fumbling through the three-step start process multiple times during incoming calls: selecting the app, clicking start, and confirming the session. To expand, it would be helpful to allow different hotkeys assigned to a different template of personalized session settings, ie., coaching, interview, etc..

Nice! For now, on macOS, you can set this up with the Shortcuts app, but I get your point of building this natively into the app.
