Adding attending profiles as extra data source

It would be nice to specify who we are meeting with, and have the options to let Hedy add relevant data sources to make understanding and questions even more relevant. It could search the web after social media profiles, and google info. This could also support better meeting preparation, adding URL's and relevant documents as meeting context.

Importing Participant's Linkedin's URL

It would be nice if we could easily import the people participating to our meeting (maybe a kind of integrated CRM where we can import new people, then link them with meetings). The import would add the name, profile picture, title, work history, education etc. (Public data). And we could add extra private notes.
Their profile would be used as exra context in a meeting.
With new models like o3, it makes it possible to add more context at minimal cost.

Basic context launched in v1.9

Julian Please excuse me but no, the context is not responding to this proposal.
What 1.9 added is a global context, a brand or persona.
What we need is a specific context for a session only. Where I can write the names of people and the context of that specific discussion.
Julian
Sebastien R Got it! Would you prefer to enter that context at the beginning or during the session, or have multiple contexts that you can set up ahead of time and switch between?
S
Sebastien R
Julian definitely one prompt window on the session start popup (next to the start session button).
Adding more context as we speak, kind to help the AI better understand the context, is definitely a good idea as well.
Julian
While we cannot link external sources, we did add the ability to add context in the app. Marking this as completed for now, and will re-evaluate additional context sources if we implement a RAG system.

Julian the RAG could be about the global brand/persons
But for a specific session it could be a URL, or a picture analyzed with OCR, as during a meeting that kind of info is often useful for better comprehension
Julian
Sebastien R Thanks for the additional input! We'll keep thinking through how we can implement this as we iterate the context feature.
