Julian Pscheid sorry I should have clarified: how to import files in bulk. as current process is importing files individually? eg. I have 1 year's worth of Otter AI transcripts (400 files in total). Bulk upload of files can be just text (txt, pdf, doc)

David Chan Oh, I see! Thanks for clarifying. That's a use case that we're definitely keeping an eye on. 
At this time adding that feature is not aligned with our business model, which is primarily geared towards real-time sessions (and the usage levels that come with that). Bulk imports could increase the usage cost per account significantly. 
Hopefully this is something we can add in the future as the product economics evolve.
