Session Contexts, Prompts and Vocabulary Restored (v3.10.1)

If you run with Cloud Sync off, your session contexts, custom prompts, custom session types and vocabulary had stopped appearing in the app after 3.10. They were never lost, and this release restores them automatically at startup.

Runs once, in the background, the next time you open Hedy.
Anything you deleted stays deleted, and anything you recreated by hand is kept.
