Start a session on your Apple Watch even when your iPhone isn't nearby.
- The Watch captures the session on its own and sends it to your iPhone when they reconnect.
- On your iPhone, a card on the dashboard lists Watch sessions waiting to be imported. Import them like any other session, or discard them.
- The Watch start screen now offers two clear choices: Start on Watch, or Start on iPhone.
