Incomplete Transcripts

Hi Hedy team,
I’ve run into an issue over the past few meetings where my meeting transcripts weren’t recorded properly. Only part of each meeting was captured, meaning a large chunk of my notes are missing.
Everything seemed to be working normally during the calls, but when I checked the transcripts afterward, I saw that they stopped midway without any warning or error. This has disrupted my workflow, as I rely on Hedy to retain accurate records of key conversations.

I recorded two long brainstorming sessions today -- with breaks in between. Conclusion: Unstable!
Specifically: today the actually shorter of the two, with several interruptions and resumes: the beginning has completely disappeared. No sign of it!!! The transcript starts at a point that is somewhere within the story, I don't even know where it was in reality anymore. The beginning that I told you in the morning is simply gone! Simply not available!
Yesterday, the session was longer and complicated due to the fact that during a break, the phone went empty and switched off. When I turned it on again, there were problems with restarting the session, but it finally worked. But to my great disappointment, the last part, which I made up last, was not included. I told you exactly this part in the first part of today's session, which in turn disappeared in a completely mysterious way. While yesterday it is still somewhat understandable that the (involuntary) switching off the telephone led to a problem, today it is completely incomprehensible to me that it is not possible to record without loss with multiple interruptions!
Mega strong disappointment - HEDY IS USELESS!!!

I had yesterday a similar experience (1st problem with Hedy AI so far) but I'd like to provide more information on the specific case. This was my 1st meeting of the day, duration of the meeting was captured correctly in the session i.e. 35 minutes but the audio file can be played only for the 1st 3 minutes where the conversation was not even started. Obviously the session has no information because there was no dialogue at all in the audio in the initial 3 minutes but strangely the total session time captured by Hedy is correct. As a result I lost completely the meeting notes. I tried to follow the suggestion of Julian, asking support using the App chat.

In two of my meetings the transcript cut off a while before the end. I kind of wonder if it cuts it off if I end my session before it is done processing? Either way, the Details and summary did not consider any of the material spoken after a certain point.

This happened to me too. On a very short chat, at that.
