Brief description of the bug:
“Recap and action items work regularly on all sessions; the problem concerns only the button/function of 'detailed meeting notes'/'meeting minutes, which after long processing always returns 'Error generating meeting minutes. Please try again.'.”
Tested versions: Hedy 2.x (the latest stable) and 3.0.0 for macOS
Tested sources: live recording, audio file upload, YouTube link, manually pasted transcript.
Recap result: always generated correctly (even the “your commitments” list).
Result of detailed notes: always an error, even after several retries and even with short transcripts.
Technical context data:
Device type: mac book air M1 (macOS sequoia) + Hedy app

VPN was timing out the server connection after 60 seconds. Disabling VPN resolved the issue. We'll also work on a fix to avoid the timeouts from our end.

Hi Alessandro, I just wanted to let you know that we are looking into this. At this point we have not been able to figure out why this is failing for you, and only for meeting minutes.
Could you try to generate the meeting minutes from the web app instead?
