"Assign to Topic" button appears during active session, yet cannot be used

during an active session, if I try to click on the "Assign to Topic" button, i get a message of "Topic cannot be assigned for an active session here"

either the button should not appear at this time, or clicking it should let me assign a topic

Thanks, we've updated it so the button is functional even during active sessions. The fix will be part of the next app update.
