Session stuck after starting and stopping quickly outside a meeting

Steps to Reproduce:
Open Hedy
Click Start Session (not during a real meeting)
Wait 1–2 seconds
Click Stop Session immediately
Expected Result:
The session should stop cleanly and return to the default interface (or dashboard).
Actual Result:
The interface gets stuck nothing loads or changes. See attached screenshot.

Was just about to post this myself but commenting here instead of creating a new post:
When exiting (deleting) a session it loads for a long time
When starting my first session on Windows (version 2.8.5), I accidentally launched it in the wrong context. I ended the session and then selected delete. The session lasted less than a minute and had no speech. After that, the app got stuck on the exiting loading screen for 15 minutes, and I had to force quit it to get the loading screen away.
