Enhancing YouTube Import: Improve Responsiveness, Progress Indicators, and Multi-Video Processing, delete audio after processing

At present, the app freezes completely during the YouTube import process. It should maintain responsiveness while executing tasks in the background, accompanied by an indicator icon to show progress.
It would be beneficial to enhance the workflow by allowing the simultaneous processing of multiple YouTube videos or links. Alternatively, incorporating a feature to queue them for sequential processing would also be advantageous. Input multiple YouTube links, with each new link on a separate line. You have the flexibility to categorize each video based on its topic or meeting type, or you can choose to organize and handle them all under a cohesive theme or standardized settings.
Additionally, it would be beneficial to have the option to delete audio files after processing, especially when you only require the summary or AI functionalities. Often, the audio or video is readily accessible on YouTube.

Hi Philipp Schweiger, with "freeze" do you mean that the import is a blocking function? Because I hope that Hedy isn't actually freezing for you :)
But in general, that is a good idea to actually shift that to be a background process. One reason we don't want to do that is because you can't actually start a session or another import while one is running. We only allow running one instance of the speech recognition model in parallel.
That said, the rest of the app functionality would make sense to still be usable even during an import.

Julian Pscheid Yeah, I mean I would like to be able
-to go into sessions and look up stuff while a video is processing.
-to queue video processing -> entering multiple YouTube links or audio files, setting the title and topic etc up and then after another the videos/audios get processed.
-An option to automatically delete the audios after processing as the YouTube videos will most likely be accessible forever
-incorporate the YouTube links into the session details/info box as html link to easily access the YouTube video if needed
Also I made the experience that hedy either incorporates my name or "client -" into the session name of YouTube sessions where the speaker hasn't said his or her name which I find a bit weird. Sessions are named then client - title, or my name - title even though they are all ted talks from YouTube and I chose I think session type coaching or lecture.
I know these are excessive feature requests but some kind of queuing and background processing in the future would be appreciated.

Also save the URL as html link of the YouTube video in the info section of the session.
