App only picked up audio from my Mic and not audio from the other participants on the MS Team call.

We have a new build that rolls back the previous changes that didn't work, as well as adds the mic selection on the meeting settings screen. Give it a try and let me know if it works!

Julian Pscheid any idea when the fix will be released? Ever since I installed https://hedy.b-cdn.net/HedySetup-2.10.4-audiofix.exe, Hedy no longer works. No matter what I do, it is unable to pick up the audio (except for what is coming through my mic).
This is the same even for the latest version 2.10.6 (153).

Hi Desmond Lee, I'm sorry to hear that the update broke the entire audio capture for you. I wasn't aware that it was a regression. We'll ensure to roll back to the previous audio handling in the next release, until we find a new long-term solution.
For now, you can use this pre-audio fix version:

Julian Pscheid I tested the AudioFix version, but it didn’t work.
Test details:
- Started an MS Teams call using:
- Shokz OpenComm2 for both speaker and mic in Teams
- System default output set to Edifier Bluetooth speakers
Results:
- Hedy captured my voice from the Shokz mic but didn’t detect any audio from other participants.
- Changing the system output to Shokz didn’t fix the issue.

Thanks, Desmond Lee for giving it a try and the detailed feedback! We'll see how else we can resolve this.

When I encountered the issue, my setup was as follows:
• OS: Windows 11 Pro (Version 10.0.26200, Build 26200)
• Teams version: 25255.703.3978.7153
• Audio devices: DELL PRO STEREO HEADSET UC150 (selected for both speaker and microphone)
I’ll test the AudioFix version next. Thanks for following up.

Desmond Lee Thanks for tracking that down! We thought it might have to do with a custom audio setting in the app, so we updated the audio detection to account for that. If you have a moment, could you try replicating the previous issue with this version of the app to see if it works better?

Hey Julian, appreciate the quick reply! Turns out the issue was that MS Teams' speaker was set to my headphones, but my system’s default output was different. Once I set both to my headphones, it worked perfectly.

Hi guys,
Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately we cannot replicate this issue on our end in MS Teams. Could you share if there's anything specific about your system setup, such as external mics in use, or something else that might affect things?
