When I start a meeting with Hedy, I currently need to go into the settings to adjust the meeting configuration. Since I often have meetings in 2 languages, I sometimes forget that the settings might be in a different language than the one I need for the meeting. It would be helpful to have an option in the main settings called “Ask for meeting setup before starting a session.”

This option could trigger a popup where users can quickly select the meeting language, add details about the meeting’s context, and specify the meeting type. After filling out these details (or not), the popup would include a button to start the session. This way, users who switch between meetings in different languages won’t miss updating their settings beforehand.
